If your order was recently shipped, tracking updates may not appear immediately because carriers only show new information after the parcel is scanned into their system.

Tips & tricks

• Make sure you enter your tracking number exactly as provided in your shipping email, since even a small typing error can return no result.
• If your tracking page says “Not Found” or shows very limited details, the package may not have received its first carrier scan yet.
• Some international shipments may take time between updates while the parcel moves between sorting hubs or destination countries.
• If the tracking status has not updated for an extended period, contacting the delivery company or the original sender is usually the best next step.
• Statuses such as In Transit, Out for Delivery, Undelivered, and Delivered represent different stages of the shipping journey shown by the carrier’s tracking system.
• If you have questions about your order itself, such as product details, address corrections, or shipping issues, contact our store support team directly.
